Ingredients
5 small peeled red potatoes2 cups bite size cauliflower1 cup sliced leek3 cups chicken broth3 oz of cook roast beef diced
Directions
place all items except beef in slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours. Puree 5 cups and place back into slow cooked add diced meat and keep at high for one hour longer
