Spicy Asian Beef Jerky

Ingredients
3 lb london broil, trimmed of all fat1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce2 TB worchestershire sauce1 tsp garlic powder2 tsp onion powder4 TB chile garlic sauceFood dehydrator
Directions
Slice beef 1/4 inch thick. Mix all other ingredients together and pour into a shallow dish. Dip each piece of beef in the marinade, being sure to coat all sides. Place in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Pour any extra marinade over the top. Marinade in the refridgerator overnight. Next day place strips in dehydrator for 8-10 hours. Follow your dehydrator directions. Store in an airtight container in the refridgerator.
