Italian Meat Sauce - Reduced Sodium

Ingredients
4 Cloves Garlic, chopped1 Cup Chopped Onions3/4-1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms (fresh)1 lb ground turkey (I used perdue 80/20-lower in sodium)1/4 tsp kosher salt2 Cans No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Oregano and Garlic (undrained)1 Can No Salt Added stewed tomatoes (undrained, pureed in blender)1 tsp basil leaves1 tsp oregano leaves1 tsp dried rosemary leaves (crush in palm)Italian Seasoning to taste
Directions
Heat Olive Oil in skillet over medium. Add Garlic and onions, saute until fragrant, Add ground turkey and sprinkle salt and herbs over the whole mess, saute until turkey is no longer pink. Add diced tomatoes and mushrooms and pureed stewed tomatoes. Simmer until desired thickness achieved, about 25-30 minutes.
