1 medium head cabbage1/2 package Ecrich Smoked SausageSalt and pepper to Taste1 tsp I can't believe its not butter spread
Chop cabbage and place in pot with enough water to cover. Chop up 1/2 package Summer Sausage ( I buy the Ecrich brand that comes with 2 pieces in it. I use 1 and freeze the other). Add in 1 tsp I can't believe its not butter, salt, and pepper. Boil until cabbage is done to your likeness
