Almond Butter Fudge

Ingredients
1 cup coconut oil1 cup almond butter4 tbsp honey100g ground almonds
Directions
Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Grease a baking dish with coconut oil and pour in the mixture. Chill for 2 hour and separate into 25 squares. Store in the fridge until needed. Can be also individually wrapped in brown waxed paper and given as little gifts of awesomeness.
You can sprinkle the top with chopped almonds or put a dark chocolate covered almond on top of each square if giving as a gift.

Serving Size: Makes 25 squares at 171kcal each.
