Stovetop Fudge Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 C margarine1/2 C milk2 C white sugar6 T cocoapinch of salt1 C coconut3 C oatmeal1 t vanilla
Directions
Combine milk, margarine, white sugar, cocoa and salt. Bring to a full rolling bowl, stirring constantly. Boil for a minute or so. Remove from heat, stir in oats, coconut and vanilla. Drop by tspful onto waxed paper and let cool completely.

Serving Size: Makes 56 cookies.
