Beer Cheese Spread

Ingredients
Cheddar Cheese, Tillamook All Natural Sharp Cheddar (1 oz), 16 serving (remove)Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp (remove)*Bass Pale Ale, 6 oz (remove)
Directions
Cut cheese into chunks and put in a food processor- blend till soft, add the remaining ingredients except the beer. Blend. Scrape the sides of the bowl sever time. With the machine running, add beer slowing until the desired texture is achiived.

Serving Size: Makes about 16, 2 tablespoon size servings
