1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 5 Large Eggs 1 cup Best Choice 2% Milk 1 Raw Onion3 Stalks Celery1 Can Swanson's Chicken BrothSage to suit taste
Prepare Jiffy Cornbread as instructed on side of box. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. While cornbread is baking, put eggs on to boil (so they will be cooled off enough to handle by the time the cornbread is ready). Chop up onion and celery. In a large mixing bowl, grate the hard boiled eggs and add the chopped celery and onion. Add crumbled up cornbread, chicken broth, milk and sage to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
