1/4 box tofu (4 oz.), diced1 med. zucchini, sliced1 small yellow onion, sliced1 celery stick, dicedGeisha mixed vegetables, 1 can, rinsed and drained1 green pepper, slicedSunflower seeds, 1 TBSP1 cup broccoli, chopped1 tsp grated ginger1 tsp sesame oil1 tsp sesame chili oil1 clove garlic, minced
1. Cook tofu in minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil over high heat until seared,set aside.
2. Cook all vegetables with sesame chili oil in hot pan.
3. Combine, mix well and serve.
