Bread and butter pudding

Ingredients
Challah and/or white bread, stale, 6-8 slicesButter, unsalted, a little raisins, no name, golden seedless,1/4 cup Sweetzfree, drops, 6 serving Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Egg White, 1/4 cup Milk, nonfat, 600 ml Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Spread bread lightly with butter, cut into fingers or squares. Line a baking dish with half the bread, grate nutmeg over it and scatter the raisins over it. Top with remaining bread, butter side up. Grate more nutmeg over it.

Beat eggs, add milk and Sweetzfree and beat well. Pour over bread. Place dish in fridge at least 30 min or overnight.

Preheat oven to 325. Place dish in oven and bake 45min to 1 hr.
