Ingredients
Original Recipeone big bag of frozen, shredded hash browns (28-30oz)two packages of Ranch Dip mix two 3oz bags of real bacon bits/bitestwo cups of shredded cheddar cheesetwo 16oz containers of sour cream.Healthy Verison1 bag hashbrowns2 Ranch Dip Mix (or homemade verison)2 cups Farmland 95% lean diced ham2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese4 cups Greek Yogurt
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the greek yogurt, shredded cheese, ham, and Ranch Dip mix, stirring well. Gradually add in the hash browns (still frozen), then spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400° for 45to 60 minutes.
