Ingredients
2 pounds ground round1 small onion, diced4 carrots, sliced 4 potatoes, sliced4 stalks celery, sliced1 can tomato soup3 beef bouillon cubes1 tablespoon garlicsalt to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef then add all the other ingredients either in crock pot or large pot. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
