Boneless Skinless Chicken BreastsFlourEggsWegmans Italian Blend Grated CheeseSalted ButterWegmans Basting OilLow Sodium Chicken Broth, PacketDry SherryFresh Lemon JuiceCornstarch
Directions
Pound & Flour Chicken, Dip in Egg mixed w/Parmesan Cheese, Saute w/half the Butter & Basting Oil. Remove. Add remainder of Butter & Basting Oil, half the Sherry & Lemon Juice w/Garlic and Simmer. Mix in 1/4 cup Chicken Broth w/Remainder of Sherry & Lemon Juice mixed w/Cornstarch. Bring to Boil until t Starts to Thicken, Return Chicken to Pan & Simmer until Warm.
