Tomato, Pasta and Edamame

Ingredients
1 tsp. Olive Oil2 14.5 oz cans Hunts Tomatoes in Basil, Garlic and OreganoMedium onion dices about 1/2 cup2 cloves of garlic mincedEdamame shelled frozen whole bagBarilla Plus Elbow pasta1/2 of pasta waterAdd Pepper, Basil and Parsley to taste
Directions
Saute onion in oil for about 3 minutes. Add garlic for 2 minutes longer. Add both cans of tomatoes with 1/2 a can of water along with the edamame. Bring to a rolling boil and then lower the flame to simmer for 2 hours or until tomatoes lose their acid taste.
cook the pasta in boiling water, drain, save 1/2 cup to add to stew.
