Meat Stew (freezer/crockpot)

Ingredients
1 lb stew meat1 cup onion1 cup carrots1 cup zucchini2 celery stalks, sliced1 red bell pepper, chopped2 tsp salt1/5 tsp pepper2 tsp minced garlic1 can canned tomatoes (14 oz)1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
Directions
Put all igredients into a ziplock bag and freeze.

Thaw bag in fridge over night - add contents to crockpot and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
