Herb Roasted Blended Vegetables

Cauliflower 1 cupBaby carrots 1 cupRaw sweet potato 1/4 inch slices 1 cupMulti color bell peppers 1" x 2" 1 cupCelery 2" long pieces 1 cupZuchinni 1/4 inch slices 1 cupAsparagus 2" long pieces 1 cupYellow Summer Squash 1/4 inch slices 1 cupOlive oil spray to coat cookie sheetOlive oil mix with vegetables 1/4 cupGarlic powder dashed over vegetables 1 tsp +/-Salt dashed over vegetables Mrs Dash Original Blend dash over
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spray a large cookie sheet with olive oil.
Pour olive oil over vegetables and mix well.
Spread vegetables evenly over cookie sheet.
Evenly dash salt over all vegetables.
Evenly dash generous amount garlic power.
Evenly dash Mrs. Dash Original over vegetables.
Roast for 18 minutes and remove as vegetables brown up. Cool 5 minutes and serve.
