Hamburger Sliders with Portabella Buns

6 oz. Ground Beef1 Tbsp Onion, dried minced4 tsp Brown and Spicy Mustard1tsp Garlic powder2 tsp Italian seasoningSalt and Pepper to taste1 Medium tomato12 Portabella mushroom capsExtra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Take ground beef and mix in everything all but tomato, olive oil, and mushrooms.
2. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
3. Warm grill pan and cook patties 4-5 min, flip, and cook another 4-5 until cooked throughout.
4. Remove patties and put in warmer (or microwave/oven) to keep warm.
5. Take olive oil and brush on mushroom caps.
6. Sear each cap on grill pan for 2-3 min, flip, and cook another 2-3 min.
7. Layer sliders:
- Mushroom cap
- Hamburger patty
- Tomato
- Mushroom cap
