Nutty Stewed Oatmeal & Maple Pears

Ingredients
1 large pear2-4 T Oatmeal1-2 T Sugar-free Maple Syrup1/8 C finely chopped walnuts1/3 tsp of cinnamon
Directions
Put all ingredients into a small saucepan. Simmer on low for 20 minutes, stirring in make sure it doesn't stick and the flavors blend. Couldn't be easier!

*NOTE: Could add an artificial sweetner to taste. The walnuts make up the bulk of the calories but an ounce is good for you.

Yields approx 1 C= 1 serving.
