Adzuki Bean Soup

Ingredients
1/2 lb dry Adzuki beans1 lb pork cut into chunks1 large carrot3 celery ribs with leaves1 large onion1 1/2 tsp basil1 1/2 tsp marjoram2 tsp black pepper2 tsp salt4 C water
Directions
Soak beans overnight. Cook until soft (45 min - 1 hour). Drain the water and add all ingredients to large pot. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 - 3 hours
