Ingredients
mayonnaise, organic rice vinegar, organic brown sugar, skim milk, ground celery seed, and your favorite seasoning salt/spice.
Directions
whisk all ingredients in a small bowl and chill in the frig for 15-20 minutes for flavors to blend. Stir just before adding to shredded cabbage.
