Almond tapioca flour muffins

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour1/2 cup tapioca flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tbsp cinnamon2 bananas, mashed1 egg1 tbsp honey1 tbsp coconut oil1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, beat egg, add the mashed bananas and the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix well.
Pour dry ingredient mix into the wet ingredients. Mix well.
Spray a muffin tin (or bread tin) add mixture to muffin tin. Baked for about 25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
