8 oz dried split peas, picked over, rinsed and drained2 carrots, peeled thinly sliced2 celery stalks with leaves, sliced1.5 cups water1 cup, Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth1.5 tsp. Bragg All Natural Liquid Aminos3 oz. Trader Joe's Turkey Jerky1 medium onion, dice1 garlic clove, minced
Combine all ingredients into crock pot, cover and cook on high about 5 hours.
