Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground beef1 eight oz can tomato sauce1/2 cup diced onion1 large egg1/4 Progresso Italian bread crumbs.Salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
Directions
Separate tomato sauce in half. Mix all other ingredients. Mix in half of tomato sauce. Turn into loaf pan. Spread remainder of tomato sauce across top of meatloaf.

Bake in moderate oven / 350 until done.
