Coconut Pineapple ice cream. low fat

Ingredients
1can(14oz) fat free sweetened condensed milk1 1/4 c coconut milk1/2 c fat free milk4 tbsp pineapple juice1 1/2 c toasted coconut flakes *3/4 c crushed pineapple (4 slices)
Directions

- Combine condensed milk, coconut milk, milk, and juice in a bowl.
*in a 350° oven on parchment lined pan, roast 1/2 c coconut for 15-17 min, tossing twice to keep from burning(set aside to cool)*
- add untoasted coconut, stir to combine
- pour into to ice cream maker- turn on for 35min
- during last 5 min ADD pineapple and toasted coconut
