Low Carb Turkey Meatloaf

3 lbs Ground Turkey2 eggs2 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese1 oz crushed Pork Rinds4 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar1.5 cup Reduced Sugar ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 f
Combine first four ingredients into medium-large bowl. Mix well (I prefer to glove up and use my hands so I can tell when it's mixed).
In separate bowl mix together the brown sugar and ketchup.
Spray the 9x13 pan and spread meat mixture evenly then top with the brown sugar/ketchup sauce
Put it in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Cut twice long ways and 5 times width ways to equal the 18 servings.
Serving Size: Cut into 18 squares. 1 square per serving.
