Thai Shrimp and Noodles

Ingredients
Whisk together:1/3 cup chunky peanut butter1/3 cup soy sauce3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar2 Tbsp Sesame OilTobasco to Taste1 Tbsp ginger root3 cloves garlic, finely mincedBoil large pot of salted water.Add 8 ounces dry spaghetti, cook x 4 min.Then add 2 cups broccoli, cut in bite-size pieces.Cook another 2 min.Then add 1 # shrimp, cook 2-3 minutes, or until pink. Do not overcook. Drain well.Mix sauce with spaghetti mixture, toss gently to coat.May top with 4 chopped green onions and chopped nuts, if desired. Drain all.
