Ingredients
2.5 Cups Flour2.25 tsp of active dry yeast1 tsp salt1 cup water1 Tbsp olive oil2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Mix flour, yeast and salt in bowl. Add water and olive oil (1 tbsp.). Knead. Place in a greased bowl, coating dough with oil (2 tbsp.). Let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Add toppings as preferred.
