Deer chili

Ingredients
Soak meat in cold water 30 minutes prior to cooking. Drain meat. Sauté chopped onion, pepper, and garlic in large stock pot with 2 tbsp margarine. Add Cavenders and half packet of chili seasoning to meat mixture while cooking. Add cans of broth, tomato sauce, rotel, and beans. Add rest of chili seasoning. Cook 15 min.
