Low fat mince 400gOne large egg2 small red chilies (seeds removed)One small red onion Or 4 spring onions choose finelyOne cup of Rice flourOne limeTwo table spoons of oil for cooking
Finely chop up the vegetables.
Put meat in mixing bowl.
Add the vegetables.
Grate the rind off the lime in to the mixture chop the lime in half and squeeze the juice from both halves in to the mix.
Add the flour.
Add the egg.
Mix with your hands till all the flour is combined then split in to 6 burgers shaped chunks and pan fry in hot oil
Serving Size: makes 6 quarter pounder size burgers
