Chia-hemp pudding (The Plan adapted)

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries1 pear1/2 cup coconut milk1/2-3/4 cups water1/2 cup chia seeds1/2 cup shelled hemp seedsstevia to tastecinnamon or other spices to taste
Directions
Chop blueberries and pear and simmer in coconut milk and water with desired spices and sweetener for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in chia and hemp seeds, stirring frequently for 2 minutes.
Cool in fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
