Three bean chili

3 lbs. 93% lean ground beef1/4 cup minced onion1/2 cup chopped green peppers1/4 tsp cayenne pepper2 tsp season all1/4 cup chili powder1 15 oz can red kidney bean (drained)1 15 oz. can pinto beans1 15 oz can chili hot beans1 can original Rotel1 can diced tomatoes1 12 oz can tomato juice2 cups water
Brown ground beef in large dutch oven.
Drain and rinse with hot water.
Return to pot.
Add onions and green peppers.
Cook until onions are translucent.
Add chili powder, cayenne pepper and season all
Add Rotel, tomatoes and beans.
Add water until desired thickness.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for two hours. Stir frequently to prevent chili from scorching.
