Cocoa blueberry pancakes with Strawberry syrup

Ingredients
1/3 c Flour3/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp cocoa powder4 egg whites2 tbsp skim milk1/4 c blueberriesFor the Syrup:5 medium sized strawberries, sliced2 tbsp real maple syrup
Directions
Place strawberries and maple syrup in a small pot on medium heat, allow to come to a boil, and them simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes until liquid is reduced.

For the pancakes, mix the dry ingredients together and then add the wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries.

set frying pan on medium heat and spray with pam. Spoon batter onto the pan and allow to cook for around a minute on each side.

Makes 8 small pancakes
