Ingredients
1 Thomas Sahara Whole Wheat Pita1 Leaf of Iceberg Lettuce2/3 cup of Birds Eye Southwest Blend Recipe Ready2 Tbsp Market Fresh Pico de Gallo2 Tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
Directions
Add Southwest blend in a skillet with 2 Tbsp of water and sauteed until tender. Spread sour cream on pita, add lettuce, vegetable blend and pico de gallo. Fold over or leave open face...and enjoy! That simple.
