Vegetarian pot pie

Ingredients
1can veg-all1 can condensed cream of potato1/2 teaspoon of black pepper1/2 teaspoon of thyme1/2 cup of milk2 rolls of pre-made pie crust1 beaten egg
Directions
Combine potato soup can, veg- all, black pepper, thyme and milk into a bowl. Place 1 roll of pie crust into pie pan and fill with mixture. Cover with 2nd pie crust, cut excess pie crust around the edges if needed. Seal crusts together, make 2 slits in the middle of the pie. Beat 1 egg and brush on top of pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 40minutes and let cool for 10.
