Ingredients
1. Laura's Lean Ground Beef, one pound package2. Birds Eye Recipe Ready Sofrito (minced tomato, onion and garlic), 3/4 cup3. Oscar Mayer Selects Real Uncured Bacon Bits (or whichever variety you prefer around 25 calories/tbsp), 4 tbsp4. Equate Sugar Free Fiber Powder (or your favorite Benefiber(R) type-brand), 4 servings5. Spice World Premium Minced Squeeze Garlic (or your favorite brand), 1 tsp
Directions
1. Defrost 3/4 cup of the Birds Eye Recipe Ready Sofrito. Drain any extra water.
2. Combine all the ingredients in bowl.
3. Turn on the George Foreman(R) Grill.
4. Divide into four patties.
5. Grill to desired doneness.

Serving Size: makes 4 patties (5-6 oz. pre-cooked weight, 4 oz. cooked)
