Healthy Turkey Stew

Ingredients
3 large carrots, sliced5 stalks of celery, sliced2 medium onions, roughly chopped1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)2 cups tomato sauce, no salt added1 turkey breast, roasted in oven (350 deg F for 1 hr - 1 hr 30 min)
Directions
Fry all the cut up veggies until onions are slightly browned with the olive oil. Place in the slow cooker.

Take all meat off the turkey breast bone and place in the slow cooker.

Set the cooker on low setting and cook for 4 hours or until veggies are nice and tender.

Serving Size: makes 8 stew bowls
