Gluten Free Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese, 2% skim1/2 Cup Oats7 Egg WhitesA drop of Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix ingredients in a blender. Pour into a sprayed pan or griddle on medium heat. Flip after the pancakes begins to bubble and the bottom is cooked. Remove from heat after both sides are cooked.
