Healthy Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients
1 14oz can kidney or black beans1 banana, peeled1/2 cup almond or non-dairy milk1/2 cup fresh medjool dates, pitted1/2 cup natural peanut butter or any other nut butter1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cider vinegar1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda3/4 cup cocoa and/or carob pwdr1/2 cup raisins, dried cranberries, or chocolate chips or a mix of these1 cup whole grain flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put beans, banana, dates, milk, nut/seed butter, vanilla and apple cider vinegar in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Add the baking powder, soda, cocoa, and flour. pulse until they're incorporated. dont over mix. Sprinkle the raisins, chips inth the mix and push them into the batter
Pour the batter into a greased or lined 8" brownie dish and put in the over for 30-40 minutes.
Once the brownies are cooked pull them from the oven and let them cool completely. They can be frozen.
