Italian Style Vegetable Barley Soup

Ingredients
*Bouillon, Knorr Vegetable, 1/2 cube, 4 serving (remove) *Busch's Cannelini Beans, 1 cup (remove) *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove) Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1 cup (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) Cabbage, napa, 2 cup (remove) Turnips, 2 cup, cubes (remove) Parsnips, 1.5 cup slices (remove) Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup (remove) Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) Basil, 2 tbsp (remove) Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled (remove)
Directions
add all ingredients to large pot, bring to a light boil then turn down and simmer for about 1 hour.
