Low-Carb Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 lg onion, chopped1 bunch celery, chopped2# bag carrots, chopped3# chicken breasts1 carton chicken brothsaltpeppermild chili powder
Directions
Place all items in 8qt stock pot, season with salt, pepper and 1t mild chili powder. Just cover chicken with water. Cook 30 min or until chicken comes apart easily with a fork. Shred chicken, return to pot, and serve!
