Ingredients
Kale - 1 bunch, choppedQuinoa - 1 cup cookedDried Cranberries - 1/3-1/2 cupToasted Almonds - 1/2 cupLemon - 1 wholeOlive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Directions
Cook quinoa according to directions and pour over the chopped kale to wilt it. Add the rest of the ingredients, including the olive oil and lemon. Toss gently.
