Paleo chocolate mint cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup almond flour (could use coconut flour for nut free)1/3 cup cocoa powder3 tablespoon honey, raw4 tablespoons organic coconut oil1/2 tsp vanilla 1 drop peppermint essential oil or 1/2 tsp mint extract
Directions
Mix all together in medium bowl with mixer until thoroughly blended. Roll into 12 flattened balls, place on plate or container and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
