1 lb pork sausage, the bulk type spicy1 lb lean ground beef1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup sliced celery2 -4 minced garlic cloves2 teaspoons salt4 teaspoons chili powder1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes6 ounces tomato paste1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 Cook the ground beef and sausage.
2 Drain off fat.
3 When fully cooked, transfer to crock pot.
4 Stir in remaining ingredients.
5 Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10hrs.
6 Top with grated cheese and sour cream.
