Ingredients
1 lb of shrimp peeled and deveined one can of diced tomatoesone can of coconut milk one red bell pepperone large onion2 jalapenos2 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp of siracha 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
dice and sweat onions, bell pepper and jalepenos. Add garlic, tomatos, cilantro and shrimp and stir until shrimp are opaque. Add the can of coconut milk and siracha and simmer until heated through
