Ingredients
tofu two blocks cut up into bite sized pieces. Of note one quarter of a block is a serving. Make note of how many of your pieces equals one quarter block.One jar of raspberry chipotle sauceWater if needed to thin sauce
Directions
cube your tofu, toss in the sauce (if it is super thick, add a little water to thin it out), lay out coated pieces in single layer on roasting pan. Roast at 350 degrees for approximately one hour. Stop before the sauce burns! You may want to turn the pieces two thirds of the way through although that isn't necessary.
