Honey-Ginger Shrimp with Couscous

Ingredients
1/4 C dry wheat or brown rice couscous, prepared according to package directions.1 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp grated ginger2 Tbsp lime juice2 Tbsp olive oil3-8 oz shrimp2 C broccoli slaw
Directions
Cook couscous according to package. Whisk together honey, ginger, lime juice and olive oil; saute w/ shrimp in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add broccoli slaw and saute for an additional 3 minutes. Top couscous with slaw and shrimp.
