2 egg yolks1 clove of garlic2 tsp lemon juice2 tsp white distilled vinegar2 tsp dijon mustard1.5 cups light olive oil
Directions
combine all ingredients except olive oil in food processor and run until smooth. Slowly (very slowly) pour in the olive oil while the food processor is running.
