Hummus

Ingredients
2 cans Chick Peas - rinsed and drained2 tbsp. Pine Nuts 1 tbsp. Sesame Seeds1 tbsp. Olive OilLemon Juice - one lemon squeezed3/4 cup of water1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 1/2 tsp. paprika1 tbsp. parsleyblack pepper - to tastesalt - to taste
Directions
Toast pine nuts in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. You may need to add a bit more water. Chill or serve right away. Garnish with a few pine nuts, a dash of paprika and parsley, and half a tsp. of olive oil. This will yield a large bowl of dip.
