Ingredients
Directions
1/2 bag Kroger cole slaw mix1 cup Brussels sprouts trimmed and shredded2 tablespoons bacon grease4 slices bacon2 pork chops
Cook pork chops in skillet.
Cook bacon simultaneously in a separate skillet for quicker cook time.
Once the pork chops are cooked remove them from the pan to rest. Once bacon is cooked remove it from the pan and drain grease into pork chop skillet. Add additional bacon grease as needed.
I chopped the pork up and gave it a slight sauté in the grease but you could leave it whole and set on the side.
Add half a bag of cole slaw mix and sprouts to pan. Crumble bacon into fine pieces and add to pan.
Saute everything for 5 minutes or until cabbage turns bright green.
Serve hot.
