Basic Chia Gel

Ingredients
2 oz or 1/3 c Chia Seeds16 oz or 2 c Water
Directions
Add seeds to water in bowl and wisk well. Let set for about 5 mins, wisk again and let set for another 5 minutes. Store in sealed container in the fridge, for up to 3 weeks. Yeilds about 17 oz or 34 tbsp of gel.
